This has occasionally happened to me, too. I get a Yahoo FBL report for a messgage sent to a mailing list, a very benign one about folk dancing, I figure the person wants to unsubscribe, I remove them. Then they complain that they're not getting their mail and swear they never hit the junk button. These are very non-technical users and I was never able to figure out whether they are just confused about what the buttons are or there is something that is pushing the buttom for them.
