True, but... If a company is active in some business area, it should be competent in handling the risks associated with that area. A small business does not need to run an abuse desk, even though their e-mail accounts could possibly be compromised and used to spam. But any company whose core business is handling and sending e-mail regardless of their niche absolutely needs a professional abuse desk. Cheers, Hans-Martin
