I'm not sure what you mean here. The “Email Address(es)” field can take a 
comma-separated list of addresses including names if needed. These are then all 
available in the From popup. See more here:

This part is handled by the Address Pattern. This takes care of any addresses 
you would never want to be able to reply from, but you never write new emails 
from them.
