I'm in a similar situation: I hate M365 with a passion and will move my accounts before October. DomainFactory used to be great, but then it got bought by GoDaddy… The degree of consolidation in what can be considered "critical infrastructure" is extremely worrying. Because I can see a need for some customers to get off the M365 rollercoaster, I'm thinking of moving to an Open-Xchange provider to get some experience. But, as others in this list have pointed out, there are other excellent e-mail providers out there.
