Too much of confusion here :(.

1.Its upto you to use whatever software you want.

2. As this list is specific to FLOSS we must advocate the use of softwares
made in similar lines.

so "presentations must not talk/promote/mention/discuss about proprietary
software
unless it becomes totally impossible to continue the topic without
discussing" . is fine. :) . what I understand is - It doesnt man you will
get killed by talking about ntkernel ;but it simply means..hey we are a
bunch of people who would like to listen about FLOSS..so be sure that you
tell us about it and not about Meg ryan!

About BSD and GPL licensing ; I am a sysadmin and I dont feel or need to
understand the difference much :) . Maybe its a different case with the
programmers.

OT::
And hey sincere apologies if anyone found my comments on MS spy's to be
insulting.its jut that I ;like all the good old sysadmins like to have a
little bit of f...@work(http://bofh.ch/bofh/bofh1.html) . after this thread I
dream every day that 2 black overcoated ms spy's are following me and trying
to kill me .And hey if the 1st vimochana samaram in kerala was funded by
CIA. then we cant really ignore the fact that someone took the pain and
emailed the original author that there were ms spys around :) . after
watching stuff like zeitgeist ; i feel a alt-theory in everything around.
probably there are spy's and I think Bill Gates is a Free Mason(probably
someone higher up in the Free Masons!)
