Forty-eight hours? I can get through a full day assuming I don't use the phone all the time, but that's the extent of it. You are either blessed with a magical phone, or... well, I don't know.
As I said, I disabled Frequent Locations in iOS7 and that seems to have helped a lot. My battery still drops faster than it used to, but not nearly as much. I'll let it go to 0% soon and re-charge it as others have suggested to see if that helps anything.
