Coming in late to this thread. I personally don't have a battery issue with Ios7, on a 4, and 5... What are the usage stats saying? Useage and standby times?
Also, has the people experiencing the drainage tried doing a complete restore, and not restoring? I.E, do a restore, and then do not sync your device for a day or 2 to see if the battery acts any different?
