Honestly I don't know what happened, but since my upgrade my battery issued 
fixed itself and I really hope it stays that way.

I have wifi, bluetooth on, brightness and such at 0 and reduce motion is on. 
Everything else is left as is and I have lots of things like email, twitter, 
weather, a game that I play all hitting my phone.

Like right now I unplugged my phone yesterday at 12:30 yesterday afternoon EST 
and my battery is now at 64%.
