I find VoiceOver to be a very robust screen reader. I think you will fine that 
the only accessibility issues you have will be with specific applications. 
About the only area where there seems to be a consensus is in office 
productivity. Microsoft office and windows screen readers continue to have a 
definite edge there. I am hopeful that this will not always be the case. 
VoiceOver is quite powerful as a screen reader and serves its operating system 
quite adequately, in my opinion.
