I have to concur that iTUnes orks perfectly and I have not had any problems 
with it beyond some issues Apple introduced with the interface, but then fixed 
within a reasonable time. The problems I have had with iTUnes has been of my 
own making. Once you learn how iTunes works, I think you will find it to meet 
nearly all of your needs. I have never found a need for any other media 
software and if I needed to convert something iTUnes cannot play, no problem, I 
have software for that as well. However, find I really don't have this issue 
either.
