Hi, I don't think there is a KM Player for mac unfortunately, but you can get vlc from here. http://www.videolan.org
It will allow you to press enter on a folder in it's quick open dialog then it will playlist the folder and start playing the files. Not sure what I would have done without it when I switched to the mac, since ITunes actually makes me angry at this point every time I see it.
