Would have to agree with you. Itunes has worked quite well on this end. That 
was not always the case. When voiceover first can on the scene, Itunes was 
quite difficult to navigate. In the name of accurate journalism, Itunes is 
quite a good product now regardless of historical evolution. 

Other products are quite good as well though hey ... you purchased an apple 
product ;). 

Even if it became accessible not sure I would put MS office on this machine ... 
or any other ... hahahaha
