When I bought my iPhone, I bought a case with it and haven't had any of these signal loss problems. The signal loss problems can effect any cell phone if it's held wrong without a case from what I understand. So now we get to find out how many people decided not to buy proper cases. Sometimes what people think are extras really are nothing of the kind. On Fri, 16 Jul 2010, Chris Blouch wrote:

Agreed. I'd much rather see the law suit challenging the monopolistic
exclusivity deal between A T and T and Apple go forward rather then this
silly law suit. As you said, you have 30 days to return the iPhone if
you're not happy with it. On the other hand, the fact that Apple and ATT
will not unlock an iPhone for use on another carrier even after one's 2
year contract with ATT has been fulfilled, is anti competitive to say the
 least.

I think that law suit is a waste of tax payer money. You have 30
days to return the iPhone and get your money back. What's the
     problem?
