    In the course of developing the installer, please also remember that
some of us are installing software while offline (including a fully
fledged MikTeX, but fortunately it offers an option to install packages
from a directory) and on many machines simultaneously... the version
with all the dictionaries included is really needed there (or another
offline method of (re)installing dictionaries).

    Now that I think of it, maybe it's worth a mentioning: AltInstaller
always changed the MikTeX packages location from a directory to some ftp
address, but there was a chance to revert this (before confirming the
"first run" message AFAIR). Also it insisted on downloading dictionaries
from the Web, but for ASpell these were easily installable separately.

    So - maybe full offline installation wasn't all that convenient, but
it was at least possible - please don't cut off this way.
