No doubt you are right. The format however still needs previewer and
is still declared in lyxrc.defaults. And menu clutter is the same for
internal or external converters. In short, I don't see the difference.

In other words, if elyxer.py was magically included in the SVN
repository by elves, would it be OK _then_ to place "HTML (eLyXer)" in
the menu?
