if its just a question of misunderstanding i can rephrase it clearly:
the code which converts HTML directly from .lyx files is not easy

lyx strucutures is not touched by this.
So there we go: there is still opposition to the approach taken by
eLyXer, and therefore no place for it in the SVN repo.
Yes, exactly. And the opposition is principled. If you don't agree,
well, we're sorry, but the view Pavel is expressing is the consensus
judgement of the majority of developers, i.e., of people who have a lot
of experience with LyX and with what it takes to maintain it. You
disagree. We know this. Can we be done now?
We are sorry if you find us "unwelcoming". But we (indeed, and
specifically, I) have tried to encourage your participation in many
different ways, only to be told, each time, that you are going to do
things on your terms or not at all. That is up to you. But we have been
down that road before with other developers who turned out not to be
"team players", and we do not wish to travel it again. LyX is a
collaborative enterprise, and being a "team player" is much more
important than anything else you might have to offer (especially since
you have said, repeatedly, that you have nothing but elyxer to offer).
So, if you want only to do your thing and your way, then you can of
course do so, but then you need to keep elyxer your project. I mean,
honestly, do you really want to put elyxer in svn and then have me do
with it as I please?
