Do you have a date? I think Uwe's calification of vaporware is not at
all unwarranted:

I didn't meant that. I only wanted to say that native HTML export was announced a year ago and also
discussed at the last LyX developer meeting. Until now it is not yet working but people request it.
I therefore want to have something that works as soon as possible, no matter what we might have in
the future.
(I held some lectures about LyX this year and HTML export is a requested feature. Unfortunately
tex4ht always failed and since the death of the tex4ht author its development is currently stopped.
I therefore invested much time to get eLyXer working to have an alternative right now.)
