scrbook (Komascript) isn't included in MikTeX, should we use that
document class for the user's guide?
Later on I let MikTeX update itself and then let LyX reconfigure itself
(took an awful long time btw). Having done that, LyX then found scrbook...
Going back to my original question: Should the User's Guide be buildable
without updating/reconfiguring?
