Sorry, Georg, I forgot to mention that I don't think it is related to this patch, too, but if I revert it the final link stage fails. What I could do is compiling LyX using my patched STLPort library, after hacking config.h by changing the SIZEOF_WCHAR_T define to 4. A full recompile takes almost 2 hours here, though. -- Enrico
