Compilers are considered part of the OS in UNIX world, I'd imagine
they're distributed under the same license and in the same package.

Binary-only at no charge for non-commercial use only and with number
of users limit. I.e. you can play with it a bit and no more. I don't
call that free -- I don't even call that gratis -- it's a demo.
