EM>> but only $30-$99. All the prices are based on either official price
EM>> lists or official web sites:
EM>>
EM>> IsraServ: $30/64Kb/1-IP, $50/64Kb/2-IPs

EM>> Aquanet: $99/64Kb
EM>>
EM>> Internet-Club: $99/64Kb
EM>>
EM>> ActCom: $67/64Kb

The problems here are:

1) I don't know what happens to $small_provider tomorrow, and if I need FR
to host my clients or have somebody except myself depending on it somehow,
I'd better to avoid risks or I'm toast if something happens. For home use
it may be OK - if they die, you just move. Just don't pay in advance.

2) Most of these cheap deals ar rather limiting - 2 IPs is *way*
insufficent for any serious use. 32 or 64 is more to the point.

3) Line use is limited, sometimes very limited (actcom - 6%, every 1%
more - $40 for 128K). Why the heck I'd buy 128K if I should then limit my
B/w so that $100 wouldn't become $500 for mere 15.1% of line use!

4) Most of the provider's sites have *REALLY* bad design. So bad that
Netvision's site almost looks bearable. To find some info becomes
sometimes a real PITA. I'd just move on and seek another one. And I can't
call every provider - I call only those that have impressed me with
something there or here.

Example:
Why on the earth would provider stick "change password" under "services"
and real services list that they provide under "about us"?? Why wouldn't
you write "for clients" there and "...and our services" here? And they
offer "site design" yet... I didn't chose provider by site, finally - ALL
I've seen are worse than my worst nightmare - but this really makes them
look "cheap", is worst meaning of the word.

5) Yet another factor - it's often important to cut initial install cost,
so that you haven't invest too much before your line brings you something.
Most major providers offer now free installation and even free first
monthes. The small ones I've seen don't. This might be a trick - just
moving the install cost into the monthly payment - but this trick helps
somehow.

Well, this gone rather off-topic... Sorry for that.
