AB>> 1st day, the Bezeq technician came here with the 2603 unit, connected
AB>> the pair from the Bezeq switchboard, connected the 2603 to it, it synced,
AB>> and he left. (he left me the line number written on the 2603).
This part took about 2 weeks. Bezeq techniciat said that we have some
problem with our setup and he can't ("by the law", as he said - I think if
we had a Constitution, he'd refer to it) do it other way. It took really
much of nerves to resolve this - since nobody knew what exactly Bezeq
wants and Bezeq, represented by the technician, refused to do anything,
telling "every electrician knows to do it, so repair it and I'll do then".
At the end, B.I. representative found us the man who did it, on theirs
cost, so I cannot blame them too much.
AB>> till they found out the problem, but they did try their best, so I don't
AB>> know to which part of Bezeq you have complaints. But, if I was to chose
I know - it's Bezeq-Bezeq, not Bezeq Intnl. Why - because we had similiar
experiences with usual lines - like 3-weeks delays, though the are obliged
to install every line in 2 weeks, AFAIK - and technicians refusing to do
their job just because "we can't do because you have XXX problem and we
can't do anything about it - call somebody to correct and until then I
couldn't care less". That's monopoly. I'd go to another phone service just
now "on general principle" ((C) Vincent Vega :), if it existed.
Maybe just in your location there are good workers in Bezeq, not lazy
Not-My-Problem type as here, in Petach Tikwa.
