Just because you shoot your mouth off doesn't make you honest. Attacking someone in their sleep in fundamentally dishonest, lying in court is fundamentally dishonest. To me, to have such a track record suggests that a person is fundamentally dishonest. I just wouldn't trust the word of such a person over anybody else. It's nothing to do with being a "thug".
