I'm not taking sides on this particular exchange (at this time) but i was
wondering which times you think the fans should/could have acted.
The Adulant Force takeover was NOT the time except as an absolute last
desperate throw of the dice. This is because the fans money would all have
gone to the creditors and left us with no way forward and no funding. You
are correct that no club the size of Leeds (well the size we were) has been
"saved" by a fans group - YET. There was a time with the 20 year season
ticket but the way it was constructed (without any degree of ownership)
meant that this also failed due to lack of trust and the fact that it would
have turned fan against fan in future seasons because of the ill-thought out
offering.
So when are the times that you refer to ? This isn't a stare-down challenge.
It's a genuine request for you to say a little more about any missed
opportunities.

>I honestly believe that at the moment our only hope is a no nonsense big
headed bastard and Bates fits the bill perfectly (as indeed would you if you
had a spare £20mill ;-)

Maybe so, but where is Bates' £20 million ? We need it NOW.
