The extension is not published yet as it is an administrator's
prerogative to do so. I couldn't find a way to upload the OXT file to
the AOO server, though.
This is the normal workflow. You created the extension, you will wait
for an administrator to publish it (and this normally takes a few
hours) and then you will be able to upload releases (i.e., OXT files)
for that extension. When you have managed to publish a release please
send us the link to the release page (not the extension page) and
we'll include it in the Lithuanian version.
Of course, updates will be much simpler: you create a new release,
upload it and send the link here, with no other steps.
