I have located the project page of the Ispell dictionary for Lithuanian

Well, I think it's easier if you start from an already packaged
extension like
http://extensions.openoffice.org/project/dict-it
You must simply unzip the OXT file and edit the description.xml file.
Some adjustment will be obvious, feel free to ask about the other ones.
The extension ID is something that you invent. Do not reuse the one I am
using for the Italian dictionary! But you can use it as a template, even
though we don't have strict rules about this.
I am trying to follow your steps and I am running into technical
problems while creating an account at <
http://extensions.openoffice.org/>. The system keeps reporting "Unable
to send e-mail. Contact the site administrator if the problem
persists." I think the account has been created without sending me a
password.
It must have been a temporary glitch, since it works for me. I can get a
new password using http://extensions.openoffice.org/en/user/password

Andrea.
