Dear All, I have installed a KX-TD1232 around 7-8 months back in India. Customer is complaining of Low Speech on Trunk Lines Configuration is 8 Lines and 48 Extensions. When inspected the problme was observed as follows 1. Low speech is only observed when a SINGLE LINE USER Extension uses Trunk lines to call out. 2. If the same Trunk line is used by a Digital Phone user speech is OK. 3. If I connect the SAME Single Line Phone on the Trunk Line in the MDF (Distribution frame) box the Speech is OK. Tried changing 1. Trunk cards 2. MDF 3. Single Line Phones 4. Extension cards Result is Same. Any help? Regards Nitin
