What software are you using to program the system? I had a strange problem
a few weeks ago where all calls were going directly to a voice mail box and
bypassing the menu system. I was using the Panasonic Windows software tool
(Version 1.0) and even though everything was set right (165 & 166) on the
screen, it still didn't work. I loaded up the old DOS software and found
the intercept ports were set to the physical ports (108 & 208) rather than
the logical ports (165 & 166). I changed them in the DOS software and
everything was back to normal. I was using an old computer that did not
have the updated Windows software on it I have since loaded the later
software (version 1.04?) on it but have not gone back to the system to see
what happens when I use the Windows software.

This was on an TD816-5 with a TVS75 and I had been using the Windows
software to experiment with some settings before I went out to a customer's
office. It was just after a lightening strike that blew out a port on the
816 so I initially thought the problem was due to the lightning and it took
several days of messing with it before I tracked the problem down to the
programming software. I even tried an 816-7 fresh out of the box and it had
the same problem. Of course, I was still using the same bad Windows
software to program it ;-}
