Hi,
I'm having some problems with a KX-TVP50 I've tried to set up. The system is programmed to answer with the voicemail after 4 rings but it seems to be very erratic and the voicemail is answering with the wrong thing. The voicemail is set to answer with custom service 1 for port 1 and custom service 7 for port 2, but both ports are being answered by my voicemail and callers never get the custom service menu. What have I done wrong?
