Hi, I am having another problem with a KX-TVP50 voicemail setup. Several of the custom service menus have a "transfer to mailbox" option. However, when this is selected, the mailbox greeting is played and the message appears to be recorded, but it is not. The message light never comes on, and if you ring up the mailbox there are no messages.
