Actually I am ringing a UCD group type. I am aware that the overflow table does not work from the AA. The UCD rings several phones and they would actually like a overflow or a way to pick up the calls that are ringing in from anothert location. They don't want the message of No one is available to answer the call. Thanks...

If so, go into the TVS, to PBX interface parameters and change the "operator transfer sequence" to FXD The D will cause the AA to transfer to the operator and then DISCONNECT from any type of supervision. Thus the call will ring until picked up and not go back to the AA for voice prompts. I have a system in a OBGYN office and it seems to hang up on people. Mind you now, they want noone in the group that answers to have voicemail. The AA is to keep the people on hold till they hang up or get an answer. Any help would be appreciated Thanks Brad -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Michael Karaman Sent: Friday, July 08, 2005 10:15 AM To: 'David Pelton'; [EMAIL PROTECTED]; 'KXT' Subject: Re: KX-T: TVS125 Question The problem sounds like CALL FORWARDING is not set up on each phone. Each phone should have INTERCOM FWD/DND 5 165 (if 165 is the VM ext and a TD system) turned on so when a call is busy or no answer, it will go directly to the mailbox. No need to fool with changing routing defaults in the tvs. Michael Karaman President The Phone Network, Inc. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of David Pelton Sent: Thursday, July 07, 2005 9:02 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]; 'KXT' Subject: Re: KX-T: TVS125 Question 4,4,(5 and 6) transfer to top menu aa and transfer to operator create choices instead of popping the caller into the mb.
