Not quite...

The telemarketers are calling client lists.. from their home phones. It 
just so happens the client has a Pana 308 KXTA (which we can deal with). 
The VOIP idea is good, we have similar service called ITALK - although I 
don't think the QOS is that good.

I guess a software dialler with a call log we can email looks like to top 
opportunity at this point, possibly a Mitel PAV at each remote and drop 
the RS232 into a PC - email to home - 2nd best idea.
