I have a simaliar problem. I have a system in a OBGYN office and it seems to hang up on people. Mind you now, they want noone in the group that answers to have voicemail. The AA is to keep the people on hold till they hang up or get an answer. Any help would be appreciated Thanks Brad

Each phone should have INTERCOM FWD/DND 5 165 (if 165 is the VM ext and a TD system) turned on so when a call is busy or no answer, it will go directly to the mailbox.
