If you go to www.dees.com and follow the links to their model no CM30 you could see how to hook it up it's not that difficult,you basically bridge across the voice tip and ring of a keyset that can produce audio while off hook; the digital keyset(7200,7400 series) are obviously built differently, service observing cannot be performed, the 7000 series telephones can be service observed The learning curve we've been tossed into involved a TD500 we sold....Iimagine the same conditions will persist using a kxtd1232 Harry S.
