I had one of those on an O-200 and Jeff is right, there are 4 CHT/EGT channels 
in total (plus two more for oil or water temp and oil pressure). I had mine 
hooked up to monitor EGT and CHT on cylinders 1 and 4 on the basis that the 
other two cylinders were likely to be in between whatever temps I was seeing on 
1 and 4.

As I recall, the unit can be used for any combination of CHT and EGT ranging 
from 4 EGT and 0 CHT to 0 EGT and 4 CHT.

I had some difficulty getting the tach function working right, but it was 
always solid for temps.
