There was a gentleman from Indiana as I recall that many years ago
crashed and was killed in his KR. It took on a rather personal note as
I had met him at a Gathering and given him a ride from airport to
motel. I recall the accident report indicated the elevator horn broke
and he lost control. Because of that all my control "horns" are doubled
as seen in the photo of my rudder horn.
