recommend the Dragonfly canopy, if visibility is your goal. It would be
far easier to pull a mold off your existing plexiglass panels and make
new ones from the molds, but that wouldn't improve your visibility
unless you made the panels larger and enlarged the frame to make them
fit. That's not trivial either, but doable.
