I had a friend email me a photo of his KR and the following comments, His 
has a stall of 36 kts
Others in Australia has fitted 27 foot + wing span and dropped the stall 
speed down to improve the ultra light rego.
Note sure if this is what you guys are on about?????

Thought you may like a couple of photos of my KR2 VH-DUB, taken just off the 
coast, south of Perth.The aircraft  is powered by an Aeropower 2048cc 
turning a Mick Dye propeller  52 x 44 and cruises at 130kts 3200rpm. Fuel 
consumption 12 litres / hr.  Empty  wt  278 kg. Aircraft stalls at 36 kts.
Approach speed over the fence is 55 kts.
 TTIS 103 hrs.
