Netters:

When I worked for Aerojet in the '80s in facilities supportin the Peacekeeper,
SICBM and Polaris program they had a machine the cut carbon & Graphite fabric
for some smaller nozzle exit cone parts in a machine  that worked somewhat like
a cookie cutter to cut the fabric.
