I am about 80 miles North of Daytona in Jacksonville. Colin is about 15 miles north.
Do a search for Phoenix East Aviation in Daytona Beach and send them an email. I got my license there about 15 years ago. They have grown a lot and they have always done a lot of training of foreign students there so they most likely know what the procedure is. Try to get up to Jacksonville and do some soaring at our club. We have very good conditions here most of the year.
