Building.
Depending who built the boat stage, it may be a good start to your project.
Keep in mind you should get someone to look at it before buying, may save
you some headaches
Engines
Many around depending on you budget, VW, Corvair, RG2000. Jabiru, etc etc.
I like the  RG2000 as it has a gear drive, therefore NO prop loads on the

But it is a purpose built engine and not a self assembled and priced
accordingly. You need to look at them all.
