I will second the part RE: finding a KR builder to look it over for you as
there are many errors that such an experienced person might find that might not
be all that obvious to the unenlightened.  I would recomend Mark Langford &
Larry Flesner as good referances here in the midwest and a look at Phil
Matheson's site (he is from the land Down Under--Austrailia) would be worth
your time.
