No, it likely means that the vocal people in the LUG are twits. :) I used
to read the OCLUG list semi-regularly and I gave up a while back because I
didn't really want to hear some over-inflated silly people argue, which
happened entirely too regularly for my tastes. :) I never went to a
meeting because of a scheduling conflict, though, so I have no idea if this
posturing continued beyond the list.
*smile* Gives you a nice picture of how happy I was to find linuxchix,
though. It's so much less loud and competative here.

This is so true. And unfortunately, it's sometimes really nice people who
just have this one blindspot about reality because they aren't exposed to
it quite so often...
