Um..dear, one of the first rules of using vinnie tactics is a little thing
called 'timing' -- the other is a little thing called 'tact'. It's one
thing to bring into question a right (like the right of an individual to
own property) that is not often questioned. It's another thing to walk
onto a group of folks who live in a world that questions their right to
humanity and ask them why they should have it.
