sf.net is developing a lot lately and sometimes they had downtimes, this one was a one time work they've sent an e-mail about earlier this week (but without telling the exact time it will happen). For us the timing was a bit unfortunate, but IMO we shouldn't worry about it, although they could have presented a small page instead of simply making these services inaccessible.
