Correct me if i am wrong but this is presented as a solution to collect data without having to get explicit consent. It is not clear that user will be able to disabled it or not. If this the case then please be more clear as it will lead to misunderstandings. How will this work? Having it enabled by default without making explicitly clear that it is happening is still morally wrong and anti-privacy. The policy pretty much hopes that people will be either be uninformed or complacent in disabling it. Otherwise whats the different to asking for explicit consent? _______________________________________________ governance mailing list governance@lists.mozilla.org https://lists.mozilla.org/listinfo/governance
