There you go again Robert, making up rules about corporate governance that have no basis in reality. It is certainly a-ok for the Incubator to charge mentors with the primary responsibility of performing oversight over their podlings- after all mentors are ON THE IPMC! If we need to make a collective decision to terminate a podling, we can do that, but ideally it's based on the advice and counsel of the mentors.
