Then everything else falls into place. Upayavira made a good point about the difference between endorsing a release and endorsing a project. The way I see it, the ASF endorses a release when the binding release vote passes. A project is endorsed when it graduates from the Incubator. Do people think that we shouldn't make such a distinction, or that we should perhaps explicitly consider "community quality" as a release criteria?
