Personally, I would prefer to have these votes on general@, but Geir expressed
his reasons in the absence of a rule to that effect. And all of the lists
belong to the Incubator PMC, right? Jakarta doesn't hold all of its votes on
[EMAIL PROTECTED] So one can argue the point both ways.
Unless you feel that this is a procedural issue strong enough to invalidate the
vote, let's deal with it separately.
