I'd be fine if you were to hold Harmonys vote about if they should ask for graduation on harmony-dev, but the incubator pmcs vote should be on [EMAIL PROTECTED] I really don't like this one bit - adding extra hoops to make voting more cumbersome for certain people - and don't want to take the thought about historical parallels any further. </rant> I'm sorry for the ranting, but I get very annoyed when someone tries to prune out voters up front that may not have the "right" opinions. I'm sure that it wasn't the direct intention, but it will be the effect.
